| As President of Alan Gray, Inc., Mike's strategic vision has assisted in taking the business from primarily a claims management organization to an international services firm over the last 20 years. Mike has extensive experience dealing with claims, accounting, auditing and adjusting, with an emphasis on toxic and mass tort, environmental, aggregate and reinsurance claims. Prior to joining Alan Gray, Inc., he worked at Lexington Insurance and Claims Overload Systems. An Air Force Veteran, Mike received a Bachelors of Arts from Excelsior College. |

| As Founder & Executive Vice President, Al has been involved in the insurance industry for over 35 years. Working with companies like Cameron & Colby, John Hancock P&C and Sentry Insurance, Al has had extensive experience dealing with primary, excess/surplus lines and reinsurance claims. In addition to managing a variety of claims departments, Al has negotiated complex and high exposure cases and conducted claims audits in product liability, medical and legal malpractice, general liability and a variety of environmental, toxic tort and other mass tort matters. Al also manages the sales and marketing department and is a 1968 graduate of Colby College. |

| As Senior Managing Director, Paul brings over 20 years of experience in complex matters such as toxic tort and environmental claims, as well as legal invoice auditing to the organization. Previously, Paul worked at a number of major insurers, including Crum & Forster. Paul is responsible for overseeing the general operations of the firm and also consults in the areas of reinsurance, allocation and arbitration. A graduate of Providence College, Paul received his Masters of Business Administration from Boston University and his Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University School of Law. |

| Rick joined Alan Gray, Inc. in 2005 as part of the Reinsurance Recoveries practice. He has over 20 years experience in collections, commutations, offset management, and dispute resolution working with domestic and London Market companies. Prior to joining Alan Gray, Inc., he oversaw the Global Commutation and Offset Management areas at Horizon Management Group. He received a Bachelors of Science in Accountancy from Bentley College, and a Masters of Business Administration from Suffolk University. |
