Mr. Oliver has been involved exclusively in the insurance industry since 1983. Trained and qualified as a property and casualty actuary, Doug has also been involved with the creation, development, operations and management of alternative risk, capital markets and program insurance and reinsurance products for Fortune 1000 companies involving many of the world’s largest insurance and financial institutions. Currently, Doug is the Chief Actuary and Director of Risk Management Services of Alan Gray, Inc. where he oversees all actuarial, underwriting and risk management operations and provides consulting services to clients.
